What we collect, and what we do with it.
This describes the actual behavior of this website — not a template. If the site changes, this page changes with it.
What the inquiry form collects
When you submit the Discuss a Project form, we receive only what you enter: your name, email, and description of the problem (required), and optionally your company, role, company size, timeline, the type of work, and any systems/stack context. Nothing else is requested.
- No payment information is ever collected on this site. There is no cart, checkout, or card field.
- No file attachments are accepted through the form.
- Any email address is accepted — personal or company. Your email domain is not used to reject your inquiry.
Where it is stored
Submissions are recorded to an access-controlled log on Martimus infrastructure so we can respond to you. We store a coarse, non-reversible hash of the connecting network address for abuse prevention — not your raw IP address.
How long it is kept
Inquiry records are retained while we are in contact about your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, then removed. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Who can access it
Only Martimus. Your inquiry is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for marketing.
What is logged, and what is not
We log the business details you submit plus a timestamp and the abuse-prevention hash above. We do not log secrets, and this site does not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
How to reach us
Questions about your data, or a deletion request: contact us through the inquiry form and note that it concerns your data.
